Lucy was driven by the need to afford bedroom carpet for her newborn son, Tony. Through the years, Mom worked her way up from an entry level position to become Executive Vice President and co-owner of the company in 1995. After 20 years of dedicated service, Lucy retired from her position in 1996. She came out of retirement in 2002 to purchase Tobacco Junction with Tony, hoping to offer Longview and East Texas her tobacco industry expertise.
